Additional Prenatal Meeting $50: Need a little more support before birth? Add on another meeting with me to discuss and process all of your feelings and plans.
Additional Postpartum Meeting $50: Feeling overwhelmed after your baby comes? I can visit you an additional time after your baby is born and help with whatever you need.
MealTrain Setup $20: MealTrain is an awesome service that allows family and friends to provide meals for you during the postpartum period. I can set up and organize your MealTrain and conduct all communication with those cooking and/or ordering food for you!
Padsicles $30: Padsicles are little slices of heaven for your post-birth body….cool, soothing frozen pads like the ones given to you in the hospital, but with added herbal goodness. The fee includes 15 frozen pads made with witch hazel, aloe vera, and calendula, delivered right to you after you give birth!
Postpartum Care Package $85: A custom care package for after baby comes with hand-picked, doula-approved items to make your life easier and calmer. Includes nipple cream, sitz bath, a book about new motherhood, breastfeeding-appropriate snacks, self-care items, and more. Basically, imagine a pretty basket overflowing with little items you might not think of, but which really help during those first few weeks with your newborn. All items are organic and/or non-toxic.
Private Prenatal Breastfeeding Class $35: If you’re interested in some one-on-one breastfeeding instruction, I will come to your home and teach you (and your partner) the basics of breastfeeding and what to expect once your baby arrives. The class is roughly one hour and can be combined with a prenatal meeting.
